Since 1987, Our House has been a one-stop resource for homeless and near-homeless families and individuals in Central Arkansas. Located on a 7-acre campus in Little Rock, Arkansas, Our House is a comprehensive program for men, women, children, and families. At this single location, clients can access shelter, transitional housing, childcare, after-school programs, adult education, workforce traini
ng, meals, counseling and many other services. Our goal in offering these programs is to provide all of the tools and resources that an individual would need to exit homelessness permanently. Our House works with parents and children equally to help whole families build the skills they need to break the cycle of poverty. Full-time employment is at the cornerstone of our vision for empowering our clients to achieve lasting self-sufficiency and independence, and our Career Center works with thousands of individuals each year to find jobs and build fulfilling careers.
