ALL SPAY/NEUTER PRICING IS THE SAME FOR PULASKI RESIDENTS AND OUT OF COUNTY RESIDENTS.
Spay/Neuter appointments for November 2026 at our SW Little Rock clinic are now available for request.

While your pet is here for spay/neuter, we can also provide wellness services such as vaccination, testing and microchipping. A rabies vaccination is required at the time of spay/neuter for a $15 fee if no current proof.

2. If you are a Pulaski resident, the county subsidy fund has been exhausted for 2026. Pricing is the same as out of county until 2027.
3. A $15 deposit is required to schedule an appointment. That deposit is applied towards your pet's services, but is refundable if you give us 48 hours notice of cancellation so another family can have the spot. If we do not get notification, the deposit is non-refundable.

Pulaski County residents there is still time to make a voluntary donation towards the county spay/neuter fund when you pay your property or real estate tax. This voluntary tax has helped over 25,000 Pulaski pets get discounted spay/neuter services, but we need your support to continue!
Taxes are due October 15th!

For several years, we have been able to provide subsidies for all Pulaski County pets, in large part because of the "Give 5!" voluntary tax fund. To date, over 25,000 pets have had their surgeries subsidized. That's a HUGE impact.

However, contributions have declined over the past 6 years: last year's donations were roughly $55,000 less than in the biggest year for contributions in 2020. As a consequence, the fund has been entirely exhausted for the rest of 2026. This means that we cannot provide subsidies for Pulaski County pets from October-December of this year.

While we still offer low-cost services, we know just how much the subsidies have helped families that needed assistance for their pets. Please consider donating to the fund when you pay your property or real estate taxes this October by adding $5 or more on your tax voucher. Spay/neuter truly saves lives!

However, for the first time the fund has been entirely depleted for the rest of 2026. The good news is that means nearly 2,000 pets were spayed and neutered for discounted fees so far this year. The bad news is that we cannot provide subsidies for Pulaski County pets from October-December of 2026.

While we still offer low-cost services, we know just how much the subsidies have helped families that needed assistance for their pets. Please consider donating to the fund when you pay your property or real estate taxes this October...spay/neuter truly saves lives!

For the love of all animals...please, please DO NOT abandon pets in our parking lot. Someone probably thought letting a 3 month old kitten loose by our clinic would result in a save. Instead, a very frightened kitten has been evading capture since last week and we are frankly amazed this little one has not been hit or injured considering we are at the junction of two major highways and our parking lot is used as a speedway.

There are no houses near us for a kitten to have wandered so far and every measure we are trying is foiled by the general public. No sooner do we set a trap, then someone steals it. :-(
