Spay/Neuter appointments for July 2026 at our SW Little Rock clinic are now available for request.

While your pet is here for spay/neuter, we can also provide wellness services such as vaccination, testing and microchipping (rabies is required if no current proof).

NOTES ABOUT SCHEDULING:
1. We receive over 100 requests in the first day, please be patient while we review the requests to approve them. We do not review requests on days (or during hours) when we are not open.
2. If you are a Pulaski resident, we cannot bill the county until the services are completed. Do not be deterred by the regular pricing listed. 🙂
3. A $15 deposit is required to schedule an appointment. That deposit is applied towards your pet's services, but is refundable if you give us 48 hours notice of cancellation so another family can have the spot. If we do not get notification, the deposit is non-refundable.

Meet Kane. Kane is a very good boy and desperately wants the chance to prove it.

Funny, hyper, goofy, and mouthy young guy (food and treats gratefully accepted!) Potty trained, crate trained, hand and signal trained. At 2 to 4 years old and 60ish pounds, he is also convinced he is a lap dog. His superhero power is to launch across any living room in a single bound and land squarely on your chest, but only by invitation.

Kane is in need of an experienced home for a very people friendly, but exuberant larger pup. He is high action and loves his work and play, we expect he may never reach couch potato status. He would thrive with an active family with older children and would probably benefit from a larger female dog to help guide him. If you love to jog or hike, this could definitely be your boy!

The prey drive is strong with this one, so small animals, cats and young children are a potential temptation he should avoid without supervision, though he has learned to accept his cues. But let's be honest, no family should have to worry about being on constant watch, and neither should Kane.

The shelter and adoption system has failed for this gorgeous guy twice and at least twice, he has been abandoned. Larger, black mixed breeds struggle to find homes, even under the best of circumstances. Could your family be his lucky third charm?

We will continue to provide support, for both his health and for training for him in his forever home through Furry Feet Retreat and Training Center. They are committed to helping him and his new family and we are committed to Kane. He is fully vaccinated, neutered (of course!) and on Proheart and Bravecto.

Looking for a volunteer with brawn and a truck/trailer...

A wonderful family is donating their washer and dryer to us and if you know anything about the clinic, you know we are constantly running a load of dog towels or surgery drapes! We are hoping one of our fans has the time and energy to move them from North Little Rock to our clinic over the weekend. Our friend H***h at Wellness Clinic yesterday was the biggest dog of the day 170+lbs of pure sweetness! Adopted from a local shelter so you see you can find almost any breed of dog in rescue. Please spay and neuter🐾

Pupdate: all dog spots for May have filled. There are still cat spay and neuter appointments available. Sadly, there are few programs like ours and the need is overwhelming! You can also check with Companions Spay and Neuter Clinic and Cabot Animal Support Services . Both have non-profit, low cost programs.

Dr. Gibson is sick with the flu! Surgeries for Monday, February 16th are canceled. We will return for surgeries scheduled on Tuesday with Dr. Seminara.

We have temporarily disabled the scheduling link so we will be able to reschedule tomorrow's appointments as soon as possible. We appreciate your patience and wish Dr. Gibson a speedy recovery!
