Yesterday, Create Little Rock launched its inaugural Create at the Capitol program, giving young professionals an inside look at state government and the legislative process!⚖️🏛️

Throughout the day, participants engaged with state leaders, heard their perspectives on public service, and put their knowledge to the test during a mock Senate session.

The experience is part of our commitment to helping emerging leaders get involved and make a difference in Arkansas.

Thank you to Secretary of State Cole Jester, State Senators Breanne Davis, Clarke Tucker and Jamie Scott, State Representatives Aaron Pilkington, Andrew Collins and Tippi McCullough, and everyone who helped make this program a success!

Issue 3 isn't a one-size-fits-all solution.

It would authorize a framework for economic development districts, giving cities, counties, and cooperative areas another option for pursuing economic development.

The local community still has to decide whether the tool makes sense for them and how it should be used.
