We are honored to announce that Peggy will be offering FREE Oncology Yoga Classes in October & November as she completes her Christina Phipps Oncology Yoga Teacher Training!
💌Oncology Yoga is specifically designed for cancer patients, survivors, and their caregivers.
▪️Gentle yoga poses (with chair options readily available)
▪️Mindful breathing
▪️Guided Meditation
✏ These classes pay special attention to stress associated with a cancer diagnosis and treatment, and to pain and reduced range of motion for patients and survivors.

🎀 October is Breast Cancer Awareness Month 🎀
Early detection can make a difference. This month, we want to share a resource that may help women in our community access an important preventive screening.

💗 FREE breast cancer screenings are available for uninsured and low-income women, including those with Medicaid and Medicare. Funding is limited, so don’t wait!

Su***de prevention is not a once-a-year conversation. It’s something we can practice every day by making space for honest conversations, showing compassion, and reminding the people around us that support is available.

Let’s continue to check in, listen, and support one another—not just this month, but throughout the entire year. 💛
