The Earl Foundation was established as a non- profit 501c(3) January 25, 2021. Our mission Excellence Achieves Real Leadership was created in memory of Quinton Earl Henderson Jr. He was a kind, compassionate big brother, mentor, and positive leader within his community. He aspired to enlist in the US Naval Academy and was studying to take the test. On July 9, 2005 was involved in a fatal car crash
that took his life at 19 years of age. Earl was taught to love God, family and to be a friend to all. He had a special place in his heart teaching kids the love basketball. He even taught a few of the young people in his church how to drive. He played the drums in the JA Fair marching band, and Sanctuary of Praise Apostolic Church. The Earl foundation wants to be of service to all people. In honor of a beautiful young man who lent his life to service of others. There are so many at risk youth, children and teenagers in need of a safe space to be seen, heard and learn. The Earl Foundation is committed to being a part of the solution through our many mentorship programs. Mission
