What a blessing!

Mt Pleasant Baptist Church in North Little Rock cares about its community’s spirituality, physical, mental and financially health.

Last weekend, Mt Pleasant held their monthly “Blessing in a Box”food pantry and partner NAUW Little Rock chapter to conduct their spring Community “WELLNESS FAIR”.

Your Health is your WEALTH! That saying not only applies to your physical body but your soul, mental well being, and financial well being as well.

NAUW Little Rock, Metro, and Pine Bluff chapter representatives attended the Arkansas Community Engagement Day at the Arkansas Capitol.

It is important to know who is representing your community, advocating for your community and clear understanding the protocols and processes used for legislation.

When the opportunity presents take the time to go and sit in sessions!
