Auto meditation session I can do before sleep.
Welcome to this guided meditation session for reprogramming your mind to think about abundance and prosperity instead of poverty.
1.- Find a comfortable position and make sure you won't be disturbed for the next 15 minutes.
2.- Close your eyes and take a deep breath in through your nose, and out through your mouth.
3.- As you exhale, imagine any stress or tension in your body flowing out with your breath. And as you inhale, imagine yourself breathing in peace and tranquility.
4.- Repeat to yourself the mantra: "I am abundant, I am prosperous, I am successful" and focus on the feelings of abundance, prosperity, and success.
5.- Visualize yourself in a beautiful and peaceful place, surrounded by nature. See yourself surrounded by abundance, whether it be a garden full of blooming flowers, a bountiful fruit tree or a beautiful waterfall.
6.- As you continue to repeat the mantra, see yourself achieving your goals and living a life filled with abundance and prosperity. Imagine yourself having everything you need and want, feeling content and fulfilled.
7.- Take your time with this visualization, and really let yourself feel the emotions of success, abundance, and prosperity.
8.- When you're ready, take one more deep breath in, and as you exhale, slowly open your eyes. Remember to carry this positive energy with you throughout the day and night and repeat the mantra whenever you need it.
You can use this meditation as often as you want, whether it be every night before you go to sleep, or whenever you need a boost of positivity and motivation. Remember that with the right mindset, you can achieve anything you set your heart on.
