Arkansas SCSEP The Senior Community Service Employment Program (SCSEP) is a part-time program for low-income persons age 55 and over who have poor employment prospects.

The Senior Community can receive on-the-job training and work experience to become more employable. Participants must live in one of the counties that we service. These counties are: Ashley, Baxter, Benton, Boone, Clay, Chicot, Cleburne, Conway, Craighead, Crawford, Crittenden, Cross, Faulkner, Garland, Greene, Howard, Independence, Jackson, Jefferson, LaFayette, Lawrence, Little River, Logan, Lon

oke, Madison, Miller, Mississippi, Monroe, Ouachita, Phillips, Poinsett, Pulaski, Randolph, Saline, Searcy, Sebastian, Sharp, St Francis, Union, Van Buren, Washington, White, and Yell.
