We are announcing the USDA Rural Development Self-Help Housing Program Rehabilitation/Repair Program.

This program provides direct loan and/or grant funds to
very-low-income applicants who do not qualify for conventional
bank financing, for repair(s) to their homes. If you are 62 or older,
you may qualify for a $10,000 rehab and repair grant.

To be able to Qualify you MUST:
❖ Be the Homeowner AND Occupy the House
❖ Be unable to obtain affordable credit elsewhere
❖ Have a family income below 50% of the area
median income
❖ For grants, MUST be age 62 or older AND not
able to repay a repair loan
