Happy Arbor Day! Our partner Providence Park Home has named its new edible orchard area EDEN GROVE. Providence Park held an online poll to select a name for the edible orchard, now in the planning stages for nut trees, fruit trees, and shade trees to be installed. Already, seedlings are under cultivation. https://www.facebook.com/providenceparkhome

An innovative housing initiative aimed at providing permanent, supportive, and sustainable housing to chronically homeless individuals in Central Arkansas.

Taco Night! University of Central Arkansas students prepared and served tacos and salsa, using fresh produce from an on-site garden at Bethlehem House. Arkansas Interfaith Power & Light supports the garden, which was installed last Spring. Residents have been helping in the garden, learning regenerative agriculture skills. The UCA students planned a budget-friendly filling meal at about $4.50 per person.
