The Arkansas Delta Chefs Association held its Chef of the Year and Pastry Chef of the Year competitions on Monday, November 24, 2025. Chefs Thomas Robertson, William Smith, Julia Marshall, and Jinnings Burruss competed for Chef of the Year, while Matias De Matthaeis competed for Pastry Chef of the Year.

Join us at the Diamond Chef Gala on May 4, 2026, to celebrate and discover who will be named Chef of the Year and Pastry Chef of the Year.

Told Gold- Chapter President, opened meeting with introductions and how we became a chapter in the Arkansas delta.

Manley Clark – Treasurer, gave the chapters financial report.

Chapter Members Introduced themselves and information about their backgrounds

Chapter Fundraiser – Delta Diamond Chef - was introduced and discussed, logo artwork shared with the membership

Members discussed the importance of helping each other out and providing educational opportunities was important for a successful chapter.

Special Thanks to Jamie and Jay McAfee for hosting and providing a wonderful buffet and drink.
