This dog was around our house starting yesterday, Sunday. It would run away when we approached but always came back and actually slept by the front door last night which we found out this morning. It was there again when my kids got back after school and again when I came home from work. It will not come in the house. I just put out some dog food and water. It clearly thinks it lives here but when it sees us realizes we are not the owners. There are no tags around the neck just the harness as seen in the picture. I will be calling Animal Control sometime tomorrow.
