Walk in for a pediatric sick visit during our special weekday early-morning hours.

No appointment is needed.
Monday through Friday
8:30 a.m. to 9:30 a.m.

Available at LRMC health centers in:
Aynor • Carolina Forest • Little River • Loris • Myrtle Beach • South Strand

We generally see walk-in patients in order of arrival. Emergencies and other urgent medical needs may affect the order in which we see patients. Visits are subject to provider availability.

We care for children and the whole family. We welcome Medicaid, Medicare, TRICARE, and most private insurance plans. A sliding fee program is also available.

EARLY VOTING CENTERS ARE OPEN 🗳

When are you voting in the Statewide General Election? With the Early Voting period now underway, you have several options.

The Early Voting period runs through Saturday, Oct. 31. Early voting centers are open from 8:30 a.m. – 6:00 p.m. Monday through Saturday. Please remember, all centers are closed on Sunday, Oct. 25.

Horry County residents can vote at any of the seven locations listed below during the Early Voting period. Before heading out, take a moment to review the locations, as your Early Voting site may be different from the Election Day polling place you’ve used in previous elections.

- Aynor Town Hall: 600 Main St., Aynor, SC 29511

- Carolina Forest Recreation Center: 2254 Carolina Forest Blvd, Myrtle Beach, SC 29579

- Loris Public Safety Center: 3909 Walnut St., Loris, SC 29569

- North Strand Recreation Center: 120 Highway 57 S, Little River, SC 29566

- South Strand Recreation Center: 9650 Scipio Lane, Myrtle Beach, SC 29588

- County Voter Registration and Elections Office: 1515 4th Avenue, Conway, SC 29526

- 21st Ave County Complex: 1201 21st Ave North, Myrtle Beach, SC 29577

🪪Remember, photo identification is required.

If you need assistance voting, use the designated curbside voting area. An election worker will bring a voting machine to your vehicle so you can cast your ballot.
