While public schools are ultimately supported by the Philippine government, many schools in the country struggle due to lack of funding, and consequently, families suffer as they cannot afford basic school supplies due to extreme poverty. As a result, these families are re

luctant to have their children pursue education as food becomes their main priority, which is a necessity to survive in today’s economic status. We believe that education can help change one’s social circumstances and provide access to a brighter future. With that, KLARK Foundation, Inc., was formulated with the idea to help alleviate some of the burden that the poverty-stricken families face on a daily basis, empower the students to keep learning, persevere, and pursue their dreams, and motivate our teachers to continue their passion as selfless educators through the simple act of providing school supplies to the children in the local districts of the Philippines. In addition, we give back to the communities through feeding programs and distributing in-kind donations we receive annually. We cannot change the world overnight, but we can help break the cycle of poverty and make a difference in today's tough environment, through collaborative self-fulfilling work.

Day 2 - Sua Elementary School, Pampanga - 126 students
Cambasi Elementary School, Masantol - 81 students
Day 3 - Samal Annex, Bataan - 280 students

That's why we started this program - to ease the financial strain on parents who struggle to afford school supplies. If you're decluttering your home and find gently used items like clothes, school supplies, or toys, our kids would love them! Kapampangan is the name of our native language. It’s spoken in the provinces of Pampanga, Bataan, Tarlac, Bulacan, Nueva Ecija, and Zambales. They say we’re great cooks, very loud, but ambutiously risk takers. Dad was in agriculture, and mom was a teacher. Together they taught us that through hard work and education, we can pursue a simple luxury.

There’s no better view than our parents supporting our every cause. Our number 1 supporters through our mission: giving back to our home community. Behind every is a student who was given an opportunity. An opportunity just like we had. To pursue education and rise out of poverty.
