🌻 A Big Thank You to Smude’s Sunflower Oil! 🍿
Thank you to Smude’s Sunflower Oil for welcoming members of our community and their families last week for an inside look at your fascinating operation during Manufacturing Month!
From exploring your impressive facilities to enjoying the wonderful smell of popcorn being prepared and packaged for shipment, the visit offered a memorable, hands-on look at local manufacturing! Visitors had the opportunity to learn about sunflower farming, the journey from farm to finished product, and the processes involved in producing and packaging food products for consumers.
Experiences like these help kids and adults alike discover new interests, learn about the industries that keep our communities thriving, and explore potential career paths in agriculture, food production, and manufacturing.
Thank you, Smude’s Sunflower Oil, for opening your doors, sharing your knowledge, and helping our community discover the many opportunities available right here in our region! 👏
