Okay. So what's so bad about poverty forcing parents to sell their children's brains to 'Mentality Control' for the funding support involved?
Answer: Because decreasing intelligence levels, which is what brain drugs do, decreases the possibility of cooperation the population needs to solve its problems. So, sure giving people jobs to lessen the future population's ability level solves those staffs' ongoing need for finances, but what about the population that that staff is supposed to be helping, not harming?
