Rainbow Wildlife Rescue and Pet Foster Care is a 501(c)3 nonprofit in North Texas. (Real-world Experience Applied to Learning) program.

Director and founder of the Rainbow Wildlife Rescue, Birgit Sommer, is a Texas State licensed wildlife rehabilitator. Based on her life-long experience working with animals, she founded the Rainbow Wildlife Rescue, a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization in her adopted hometown, Stephenville, TX and then moved to Weatherford, TX in July 2011. Since 2004 Birgit has been helping injured and orphaned wildli

fe by raising and rehabilitating the animals in need and releasing them back to their original habitats. In addition, she has been working with the public, schools and interested groups to provide education and raise awareness about the local wildlife which resulted in the affiliation with the Tarleton State University R.E.A.L.

I just watched a video where professional zookeepers put baby animals on their backs to bottle-feed them. It just makes me wanna scream. Not even human babies should be on their backs nursing.
