Meet the IDA RITs: Barry Theal, CD-SV, RIT, is the CEO of SB3 Coatings International in Lebanon, Pennsylvania, United States. Barry is a current member of the IDA Board of Directors and has been an RIT since 2021. To him, being an RIT is all about serving others, and he puts that to philosophy to work everyday! Barry is always willing to lend a helping hand to his fellow detailers. We just dropped a new episode of ! Host Levi Gates, CD-SV, RIT, is sitting down with another Idaho native, Conner Bates, owner of MVP Detail Supply.

After a brief dive into car detailing while helping his brother with small-time detailing when he was younger and medically retiring as a first responder after over a decade, Conner purchased MVP Distributing from Tom Smith in 2020. They have maintained what he started, providing detail products to the dealerships and detail shops. They have since opened a retail store called MVP Detail Supply, where they represent The Rag Company as their local factory store. They also offer installation services for tint, PPF, and wrap. They now have a fully operational website, of which Conner is extremely proud. They acknowledge that they have had a ton of help along the way, including Conner's close relationship with Levi, who has spent countless hours helping them along the way to ensure their success.
