The detailing industry is evolving.

But does the future belongs to technicians selling labor or professionals building systems, brands, and scalable businesses?

To succeed long term detailers should identify parts of their business they’re uncomfortable with, like accounting or marketing, master them, and then FIRE themselves from those tasks if they don’t love them.

Meet the IDA RITs: Bob Wrasman, CD-SV, RIT, is an International Trainer for Car Brite from Lima, Ohio, United States. He has been an IDA Recognized Independent Trainer for over 10 years, but he has been in the detailing industry for more than four decades, having gotten his start in a small custom body shop at age 16. Outside of the automotive industry, he loves spending time with his family, in the garden, and on the golf course!

✅ Voting is open to all active IDA members.
🗳️ One vote per category, per member, please.
🥇 The photos with the most votes in each category at the end of the voting period will be deemed the winners. There will be one (1) winner in the General Category and four (4) winners in the Before & After Category.
