This is a rather important message to pass on! The businesses adjacent to Post 56 on the corner of S. Broad St. and E. Lincoln Ave. have parking in the rear of the building. This is NOT Legion property.. There have been too many interactions with these people in regards to parking on their property. If you would like to visit the post please use the lot on W. Lincoln Ave. or any available street parking. The watch shop lot is available on Sundays and after 8pm. other days of the week. Please show respect by not parking behind The Lititz Watch shop during the business hours posted!! Our members and patrons can leave and go home, but these business people are our neighbors. We (Board and staff members) would like to maintain a pleasant relationship with them. Thank you all for making the Lititz American Legion Post 56 the place to be!!! We love you all, and God Bless. Happy New Years Eve to you all! So if you are looking for a low key New Years Eve celebration. Post 56 is the place to be! Some light fare will be put out around 6:30pm - 7pm. Just mainly finger foods (snacks). We will do a couple surprise specials throughout the evening and then toast in the New Year with party favors and some good old fashion commraderie. God Bless YOU all and stay safe. HAPPY NEW YEAR TO EVERYONE!

Hi all, hope everybody had a wonderful Christmas! So this Sunday December 28th There will be a membership renewal drive. There will be a table set at the post so those that haven't renewed can do so then. This includes Active, Auxiliary, Sons of the American Legion and Social...Time frame : 1pm to 3pm. You will receive your card on the spot for 2026. How's that for convenience?? So come on down to Post 56 and get renewed before the New Year arrives!!! By the way have a safe and wonderful New Year!
