More than ever, everyday services are moving online. From healthcare appointments and school communications to banking, job applications, and government services.

This shift means that being connected isn’t just about convenience anymore, it often determines how quickly and easily people can access essential information and support.

According to the Pew Research Center, a growing share of adults say they rely on the internet for most or all of their daily tasks, with usage especially high for communication, information gathering, and service access.
