In 1980 Joe Miller sold his home and business in Michigan and moved to Lancaster to work with a drug & alcohol program which teaches formers drug addicts a trade so that they can hold a job and provide for their family. It was during this time of teaching auto body skills, that his passion for helping teach those who are down-trotten was fueled. A hard working man, Joe started and continues workin
g hands on in his successful Antique Car Restoration business in Lititz, PA. where he restores back to life some of the most beautiful cars in our American History. Miller discovered he was having more difficulty in acquiring American made parts for his Antique Auto Restoration shop. He began to explore, and discovered we (USA) have slowly been losing our manufacturing in America. His explorations, reading, and research led him to desire a better understanding of the U.S. And now desires for each citizen to empower themselves with the tools of knowledge our forefathers left us by becoming educated on the words which are written for our rights. Joe is exposing what our forefathers told us to do. He has studied the Declaration of Independence and is proposing we bring the Constitution up to date in a ‘We the People’ vote every 10 years while voting on 6-8 key management issues in America! Herein lies Joe’s deep desire to auction off his home, his personal belongings, all his beloved antique cars; including his personal favorite, a meticulously restored 1958 Chevy Corvette he purchased after working hard at an auto body shop when he was 18 years old to pay off the bank… and donate the proceeds from the auction on October 15, 2016 to provide education on our Declaration of Independence to everyone. It takes 2/3 of the States vote to make an addition to the Constitution which would allow for the current 2-year voting cycle be changed to a 10-year lock-in voting cycle. During which 6-8 key management issues can be voted on by We the People. Assist those who are elected maintain a healthy working term for 10 years where there is appropriate time to focus on correcting American life issues at hand. Not simply get elected after a $5 million campaign, and immediately begin a new $5 million campaign to win re-election in 2 years. What can honestly get accomplished FOR THE PEOPLE when all the focus is placed on winning a campaign every 2-years? Congressmen have been found to spend over $1 million trying to tear down the reputation of their opponents. A Congressman today has to spend $4-5 million every two years. Where does the money come from? 82% of these funds come from big corporate lobbyist to control the decisions of said Congressmen. It is not the President that will change America, it’s the Congress. Because of the 2-year election cycle and their need to require $4-5 per cycle, this has become a destructive cycle. Miller is only proposing we do what our forefathers told us to do.
• Alter the destructive government which in being run by a 2-year election cycle.
• Stop the use of hormones in our food
• See manufacturing go back on US soil.
• Stop the modification of our foods.
• Add in a safe guard for the further stabilization of America so as our rights not falling back into the hands of Corporate America. Our forefathers wrote in the Declaration of Independence that if any form of government becomes destructive we are to work towards altering or abolishing it. And instigate new government laying the foundation on such principle and organizing its powers in such form, as to them shall seem most likely to affect their safety and happiness.
