1. Substance Abuse Day Treatment
The day treatment environment is structured to provide necessary guidance as patients move toward recovery. It is a less formal setting than residential care, and allows patients time to acquire and practice the skills needed for the independence of outpatient care, the next step in the road to substance abuse
recovery. The patient returns home after each session to spend the night in his own home. Partial-day care may be the first step in a patient’s recovery journey, but more often bridges the gap between residential treatment and outpatient care. Substance abuse day treatment provides a comfortable, safe,
supportive environment where patients can continue their recovery from drug or alcohol abuse and addiction.
2. Psychosocial Rehabilitation
Psychosocial rehabilitation involves facilitating the process of restoration of community functioning and wellbeing of an individual who has been removed from their community for sometime and now has difficulty managing everyday demands and the development of an individual’s skills in their living, learning, social and working environments, including the ability to make decisions regarding self-care, management of illness, life work, and community participation. We want to empower individual's to influence and shape service development through active participation in both formal and informal structures; to enhance self-management of symptoms, medications and side effects, identification of rehabilitation preferences, setting rehabilitation goals, and skills development; attaining, maintaining, and utilizing skills and resources needed to aid in each individual own rehabilitation and recovery.
3. Peer Support
