Why MCCH?
Pay Rate: 17.00/18.00 per hour or more based on qualifications/experience.
Schedules: Every other weekend, Afternoons/Evenings (i.e. 3p-9p) and Mornings (Full-time/Part-time). Flexible Schedules: Hours vary based on availability. Every other weekend is required.
Benefits: Part-time employees:
· PT employees working 130 plus hours per month during a twelve-month look back period are eligible for medical insurance (paid by MCCH)

Paid Time Off:
· PTO accrued
· All employees earn Sick and Safe Time, and depending on years of service, employees can also earn Leave Time.
Sign on Bonus – 1,000 SIGN ON BONUS
Mileage Reimbursement: for travel when using personal vehicle.
Paid Training: Training provided to set you up for success and ensure you are equipped with behaviors and person-centered approaches such as positive support techniques.
What You will Do:
· Assist person served with daily activities like personal care, meal preparation, transportation (MUST be 18 years or older to use company vehicle) and medication administration.
· Maintain a clean and safe working environment that ensures comfort for the people we serve.
· Provide supervision, positive reinforcement and guidance to help the people we serve reach their goals/dreams.
· Working 1:1 with some people we serve based on the needs of the person we serve, this can include attending an event with the person etc.
· Provide adequate documentation such as the daily MAR, daily notes etc.
Qualifications:
· Must be 16 years or older, 18 years or older to drive a company vehicle.
· Must have a passion for helping others.
· Valid Driver’s License
· Pass DHS Background Check
· Good Communication is key, reading, writing and communication skills to carry out proper documentation, follow policies and procedures such as support plans and protocols.
