Forest City Stockade History comes to life at the Forest City Stockade. Open to the public the 3rd weekend in August and the 1st Saturday in December.

The Forest City Stockade is open the the public the 3rd weekend in August and the 1st Saturday in December. Cost is $5 for ages 12 and older.

📵 Limited Cell Service
There is very limited cell and internet reception at the event grounds. After this point, we may not be able to respond to comments or messages on Facebook.

💵 Payment Info
CASH ONLY
We do NOT accept credit cards or eletronic payments.
Purchases inside the Stockade Fortress will be made using wooden nickels, which you can buy as soon as you enter.

👟 What to Wear
Please wear supportive walking shoes—there may be uneven ground and plenty of walking. Please dress warm.

🌾 Enjoy the Experience
Take your time, explore, and slow down to experience life as it was in the 1800s.
