Lisle Education Foundation

Lisle Education Foundation We are a charitable organization made up of local business leaders who are committed to supporting the Lisle 202 academic curriculum.

The Lisle Education Foundation is a duly formed 501(c)(3) charitable organization that helps fund extra programs for all District 202 students that would not otherwise be possible through the schools' operating budget. Our goal is to develop partnerships with area businesses. In making these connections, our hope is to match Lisle 202 programs that align well with our business partners charitable

missions. Additionally, we host a single fundraiser each year, a Golf Outing in late June-early July. All funds that we raise are put toward grant requests made by Lisle 202 schools.

The Lisle Education is proud to sponsor educational programs for the students at Lisle. Here is a list of some of the grant requests that have been approved by the Lisle Education Foundation this school year.

In March, the Lisle High School government class went to Springfield as part of the Youth & Government programs. This is the second year the students have attended this program.

The Art Club took a field trip to the Balloon Museum in Chicago.

The School Spanish Club students took a field trip to Drury Lane to see On Your Feet, the story about Emilio Estefan

Lisle Jr. High School Game Club equipment and supplies. Game Club offers students the chance to experience games and systems they often do not access at home. This program is open to all students at the junior high school. Currently enrollment exceeds 40 students.

The Annual Engineering Challenge. Students build two bridges allowing for testing, analysis, and refinement. Student teams will be provided with 2 kits. The Lisle Education donates the six (6) prizes for students.

Welcome back to the 2022-2023 school year!

The Lisle Education Foundation is proud to support educational programs for the students of Lisle.

This school year, we are supporting the fifth grade class’ Camp Manitoqua program and the 50th Anniversary Celebration of Lisle Community unit School District 202!

I am a member of the Lisle Education Foundation Board. Each year we host a golf outing to raise money for students at Lisle CUSD 202 so that they can have the opportunity to have presentations brought in to the schools by educational organizations, i.e. the DuPage Childrens' Museum; field trips for all levels; including the French Club traveling to Chicago to see Les Miserables; our elementary students having the opportunity to attend Camp Manitoqua, team building program; and the Lisle Jr. High School's Dig In Club, learning to garden. These are just a few programs that we host. If you would like to hear more about this organization, feel free to reach out to me.

We are having our only fundraiser of the year on Thursday, June 9, 2022! The Lisle Education Foundation Golf Outing at Seven Bridges Golf Club.
