Do you love beer?!? Ever wonder what’s the difference between an IPA, a Pale Ale, or a California Common?

UKG is looking for volunteers to help with our annual homebrew competition: Drunk Monk Challenge

No experience or nervous about helping at a beer competition? Don’t worry, come have a homebrew! We’ll train you!

We could use your help as a beer Steward-
Someone who helps keep judges on-track, organizes and provides beers, and generally makes the competition run smoothly.

Stewards gain knowledge on different types of beer; the brewing process; and what great (and not so great) beers can taste like.

Visit our site, click ‘Register’ to sign up for one (or multiple) days in March!

Thank you for your interest in the 28th Annual Drunk Monk Challenge organized by Urban Knaves Of Grain (UKG), Two Brothers Roundhouse, Aurora, Illinois.

UKG's 31st Annual Train Crawl is underway at our first stop, Half Acre Brewing Co.

We always start our crawls with a lunch stop and Half Acre had a nice menu to satisfy everyone.

Next stop is Spiteful Brewing just down the street. We should be there about 1pm.

We started the day with a healthy 12 members, family and friends at the first stop.
