Time is running out to register for our 2026 Summer Season! ⏰ Rehearsals kick off June 4th, and spots are filling up fast.

We still have a few openings for musicians who play clarinet, bass clarinet, oboe, bassoon, tenor sax, horn and tuba — if you would like to be a part of our fun and exciting ensemble we’d LOVE to have you join us! 🎶

🎶 Public Registration Opens Monday, March 16, 2026! 🎶

Have you played in band in high school or college and miss making music? Now’s your chance to pick up your instrument again!

Public registration for the 2026 Lisle Community Band season opens Monday, March 16, 2026.

The Lisle Community Band welcomes musicians of all skill levels — from high school students to retired adults who want to continue playing and making music in a fun community ensemble.

Our summer season includes weekly rehearsals and four summer concerts in Lisle Community Park, plus our annual July 4th performance at the Lisle Historical Society Ice Cream Social.

Imagine . . . a concert designed for children with special needs and their families . . . and now experience it, thanks to Chords for Kids, a judgment free concert where parents do not need to worry about traditional concert etiquette. “Wigglers Welcomed” is our motto. The 2026 Concerts in the Park dates will be our usual Thursday night concerts on June 25, July 2, July 9 and July 16.
Our rehearsals will begin on Thursday, June 4. Please see our website www.lislecommunityband.org for a complete season rehearsal and concert schedule. We will post our 2026 Welcome letter for band members soon. This letter will provide instructions on how to register.
