Entry Level Police Officer Candidate Testing Now Open!

Interested in contributing to the Lisle community through pursuing a career as a Police Officer? Testing to become a candidate for Entry Level Police Officer positions within the Lisle Police Department is available through National Testing Network. now through December 15, 2025.

Application and Testing Process:
• Written Examination
• Physical Ability Test
• Oral Interview
• Background Investigation
• Psychological Examination
• Polygraph Examination

Upon completion of the entry level exam, all candidate scores are forwarded to the Lisle Police Department. Candidates who attain a passing score on both the exam and the physical abilities test will be placed on the department’s eligibility list. The Lisle Police Department will contact candidates on the list and invite them to participate in subsequent stages of the selection process.

This afternoon, Lisle MAP Chapter 87 Board Members participated in the annual Metropolitan Alliance of Police (MAP) golf outing! From left to right, Ofc. Travis (Vice President), Ofc. Rolls (Secretary), Det. Hoffman (President), and Det. Godar (Treasurer) enjoyed networking with other MAP agencies on what turned out to be a beautiful day for golf! The connections made throughout the event help strengthen the bonds between police departments, and the communities they serve!

The Lisle Police Union extends our heartfelt condolences to the family, friends, and colleagues of Officer Krystal Rivera.

Officer Rivera gave her life in the line of duty serving the people of Chicago, and her sacrifice will never be forgotten. Our hearts are with all who knew and loved her, and we stand in solidarity with the Chicago Police Department during this incredibly difficult time.

Rest in peace, Officer Rivera. Your service and sacrifice will always be honored.
