Two of our board members have traveled west with 3 horses to lead a horse camp for ladies on Standing Rock Indian Reservation in North Dakota. Their layover stations were Lexington, KY, Kansas City, KS and Brookings, SD before reaching their final destination in Cannon Ball, North Dakota.

The HALT Foundation is also proud to sponsor the first hour of the Rescued Hearts documentary on Standing Rock Indian Reservation. It is exciting to know that this documentary is being shared all across the country, and we’re honored to be a part of that!

Day three at The Rockingham County Fair is a wrap. Jasper was a fantastic ambassador for us tonight. We have gotten to visit with many people and have given away a lot of stress ponies and horse carabiners.

Our first day at the fair is a wrap! It was an incredible afternoon and night. The sky opened up with a torrential downpour. Megan, the milking cow lady was kind enough to let me put my ponies in her portable milking classroom trailer until the storm passed. Pearl and Coco were wonderful ambassadors for The HALT Foundation. We talked to lots of people.

The HALT Foundation is headed back to the Rockingham County Fair this week along with Willows Haven Farm Sanctuary! Look for Pearl, Coco and Flame by the zoo and Camel Ride Monday through Thursday, 4-8pm.
