Have you been affected by an OB unit closure in Indiana? IU School of Public Health researchers want to hear your story! If you were pregnant or planning to give birth when a facility near you closed, your experience matters and can help shape better support for families in the future.

You may be eligible if you are:
🔹 18 years or older
🔹 Currently pregnant or have been pregnant or given birth in Indiana within the past 5 years
🔹 Affected by the closure of an OB facility
🔹 Currently residing in the United States

Participation includes one 60-minute interview via phone or secure video call. You will also receive a $20 Visa gift card as a thank you for your time and participation.
