Summer is here, which means Blue Heron Days is almost here! Join us on Friday, August 14th from 4:30–7:00 PM at The Rookery Activity Center for a FREE evening of fun for the whole family. Climb on fire trucks, police cars, and public works vehicles at Touch-a-Truck, bounce in the bounce houses, play carnival games, try crafts, race in the Power Wheels Derby ($5 cash), and grab a bite from a food truck.

A Stellar Tribute to the music of American rock and roll icon Buddy Holly, including music of Buddy’s co-stars, Frankie Sardo, Dion & the Belmonts, The Big Bopper and Ritchie Valens. Let's Play Soccer!

Soccer Shots is an engaging, non-competitive soccer program designed for children ages 2 to 9 years old. Through a curriculum created with early childhood education standards, the program introduces children to fundamental soccer skills like dribbling, passing, and shooting using imaginative games, songs, and fun activities.

Sessions are led by trained, energetic coaches and incorporate character-building themes such as teamwork, respect, and confidence to positively impact children both on and off the field.
