After much consideration, we’ve made the difficult decision to not re-charter Pack 2671 this year. It was a difficult decision to make and not done lightly. We’ve not been able to recruit enough Scouts over the years to keep the Pack healthy and growing. To my knowledge, all of our Scouts have found new Packs to continue in Scouting. Over the next several weeks/months we’ll be going through the Packs belongs to find new homes for everything. If anyone would like something, feel free to reach out to talk about it. Cub Scout Pack 2671 would like to invite all boys and girls in K-5th grade to our Open House on September 10, 6:30p. We meet at Lazarus Church. We’ll have a bonfire, s’mores and some outdoor fun. Feel free to reach out with questions [email protected]

Our little Pack went on a hike to get the school/Scout year started!! Our Pack meets on Wednesday nights at 6:30 at Lazarus Church in Lineboro. Feel free to share this post. Tell wvwryone you know!! We need new friends that want to try Scouts. Boys or girls, K-5th grade. Our first meeting of the year is Sept 3. Our Open House will be the following Wednesday, Sept 10.

Our Pack will be in the Manchester carnival on Tuesday, July 1! We hope to see everyone there!! We’ll be back in this big truck!!

Happy Summer Pack 2671!! Lucas and I just wrapped up Day Camp and it was AWESOME!! Here are some pics of what we did. Lucas was in Den 9 and had a blast all week. Mrs. Kelly (Lucas’s mom) and Charlie (Lucas’s brother) were at the Nature Station. Did you see who are neighbors were??? Save the date for next year, June 15-20 2026. The theme will be Cubstruction- get it? It’s a construction theme!!

This is about a week late in posting, but our Scouts all ranked up last week!! After our little ceremony, we met the Mayor of Manchester, Melinda Smith! Thank you Mayor Melinda for meeting with the Scouts!! We ended the evening with a little community service on Main St. We pulled weeds to help make the town look great!!

The Scouts had a great time camping!! Thank you Mosley family for letting us camp!! Lots of fish caught, many jumps on the trampoline and an overall great time with each other!!

Our Story

Cub Scout Pack 2671 is for children in K-5th grades. We meet on Wednesdays at Lazarus United Church of Christ in Lineboro, MD from 630-8p (our Lions finish up at 730). Our pack is open to all children and their families. All of our outings/events are family oriented.
