Jake's Hope Non-Profit Organization dedicated to raise awareness for su***de prevention and remove the stigma of Jake died by su***de June 17th, 2013.

Jake's Hope is a local non-profit organization created out of love and HOPE in memory of our son, Jacob "Jake" Daniel Steuernagel of Lindstrom, MN. Jake suffered in silence. Our goal at Jake's Hope is to reach people of all ages and raise awareness to prevent this tradegy from happening to any other person and family.
