Tap the link below and let your voices be heard! Tell your State Senators to vote NO on HB 5096! Help save WV Senior Centers!

Click on the link above and stand with YOUR SENIORS. Tell Senators of the Health Committee to do the right thing, and VOTE NO on HB 5096.

Every day, your Senior Directors and Senior Centers work to keep senior citizens healthy, independent, and out of nursing homes or hospitals.

Passing HB 5096, Which Removes Personal Care from Certificate of Need Protection, will cause budgetary strain on your Senior Centers. These funds support your Centers' nutrition budgets.

Without this supplemental funding, your centers will face significant reductions in the number of meals served to seniors in our county.

Senior providers want to serve their communities without their operations being derailed by harmful legislative changes—such as HB 5096, which removed the CON for Personal Care Services.

Senior Providers don't consistently ask for additional funding like other organizations. They work within the budgetary parameters set forth by the Bureau of Senior Services.

Join us on March 24th at 11:00am for lunch with Elvis at the Greenville Senior Center. Admission is donation only!
