Hayley Samford, Executive Director, accepts the Community Grant $5,000.00, check for the Lindsborg Old Mill and Swedish Hertitage Museum from Chris Bauer, Worshipful Master of Lindsborg Lodge #397. The grant will be used to catalog items and update the Museum. This Community Grant was made possible through the Kanas Masonic Foundation.

Grand Master surprise visit. Great night of fellowship.

The Grand Master, Grand Junior Warden, and Grands Chaplain, Sword Bearer, and Pursuivant arrived in Lindsborg to visit the Brothers at Lindsborg Lodge No. 397! Brother Bob Shively, of the Kansas Masonic Foundation was also in attendance to recognize a Brother for his contributions to the KMF.

We are grateful for the outstanding support and participation in the upcoming Day of Light event. Registration has exceeded expectations, with over 120 candidates from more than 55 lodges across the jurisdiction.

Due to this remarkable turnout, Saturday’s portion of the event has been moved from Emporia Lodge to the W. L. White Auditorium, located just a few blocks east of the lodge. This change will allow us to better accommodate candidates, participants, and observers.

With the expanded capacity, Master Masons are now welcome to observe Saturday’s Degrees. Observer registration is required and is now open on the Grand Lodge website (to provide an accurate meal count).

Please note: Friday evening’s Entered Apprentice Degree remains limited to observers directly related to the candidate, along with his assigned mentor. Registration closes July 20.
