Just in case you didn't receive the email...
We wanted to get a rough itinerary out to you of the day's events so you would know how to plan for Saturday, October 18th - Coronado Heights Run.
Parking on Saturday:
There will be no parking on Main Street. Other streets will be blocked off due to the Svensk Hyllningsfest parade and activities. Please allow extra time for this! Park on the side streets off of Main and do not park where there are barricades. PLEASE DO NOT MOVE BARRICADES! PLEASE DO NOT MOVE BARRICADES!

Race Day Packet Pick-Up:
Smoky Valley Virtual Charter School/Vision_Tek, 121 South Main St., Lindsborg
We will open at 6:00 a.m.
*Please park on side streets due to Svensk Hyllningsfest*
*Please make sure that you check all of your information on your bib!
DO NOT BEND YOUR RACING BIB! This is critical for the timing system.
Late Registration:

6:00 am – Registration
Runners/Walkers registering late can do so starting at 6:00 a.m.
Please understand that we cannot guarantee your t-shirt size will be available.

Race Times:
7:30 am - Start of 2 Mile Walk
7:30 am - Start of 15K and 5K (both races start at the same time)
**15k We will have a 2-HOUR COURSE LIMIT! As a courtesy to the community impacted by the races, the volunteers who serve, and in consultation with our local police jurisdictions, we have established Course Time Limits of 2:00 hours for all of our courses. Along the race course, roads will reopen to traffic and water/aid stations will close down as the race moves by on the above time limit pace. Race officials will advise those athletes beyond the Course Time Limits that roads are reopening to traffic and that water/aid stations are being disbanded. All athletes running beyond Course Time Limits are doing so at their own risk. If you think your pace will be slower than those stated above for each segment, please be prepared and carry your own fluids with you throughout the race. We will stay at the finish line until the last runner crosses the line.
8:30 am - Start of 1 Mile Youth Fun Run
Parents are welcome to run with their children. All participants will receive a medal at the finish line.

Awards:
Awards for the 5K - will be held 5 minutes after the conclusion of the 5k race.
Awards for the 15K - **Medals will be given to all participants at the finish line!
We are thrilled to announce that this year, all participants in the 15K will receive medals at the finish line! This is a change from previous years, and we hope it adds to the excitement of the event.
We will still post the winners of the 15K Age Divisions!

Weather:
In case of inclement weather, the event may be delayed up to 10 minutes from the original start time or canceled, depending on the severity of conditions. The safety of the participants is the top priority. Rain may cause unsafe running or walking conditions, as does lightning. Due to the costs of putting together this event, refunds will not be given. No makeup dates will be scheduled.
