War Dogs NFP Page We organize rides and events to raise money to support Veterans and First responders. We partner with organizations such at K9s For Veterans.

The War Dogs Charity Riders organize rides and events to help raise funds to help our Veterans and First Responders suffering from PTSD or Traumatic Brain Injury. K9s For Veterans, their skilled staff evaluates and then rescues dogs from kill shelters, to be trained as service dogs. These service dogs are paired with veterans/first responders and begin training together for months to years. There

is no expense for food or medical care to the veteran/ first responder, for the life of the dogs. K9s For Veterans covers these costs so that Our Heroes can focus on healing. These dogs assist Our Heroes to better manage the invisible and Lifelong challenges of Post Traumatic Stress Disorder(PTSD) and Traumatic Brain Injury(TBI). We strive to help improve the quality of life for Our Veterans, First Responders, and great dogs. We participate in many charitable rides and events that provide services and funds to our Veterans and First Responders. These are just a few of the ways that we, as a group, show our support for those that have given so much for us.

This Memorial Day, we pause to remember the brave men and women who gave everything for our freedom. 🇺🇸

Their sacrifice is the reason we are able to gather with family, ride with friends, laugh freely, and live the lives we sometimes take for granted.

At War Dogs NFP, we also honor the veterans and first responders who continue carrying the weight of service long after the battle ends. Their fight didn’t always end when they came home — and neither should our support for them.

Today we remember the fallen.
Tomorrow, and every day after, we continue the mission to stand beside those still fighting unseen battles.

Freedom is never free. ❤️🤍💙

Dear Midwest weather…

It’s the WEEKEND.
We waited all week for this.

The motorcycles are sitting in the garage like sad puppies staring out the window…
Helmets ready. Tanks full. Dreams crushed.

And what do you give us?
Cold. Rain. Wind that feels personally offensive.

Like… who hurt you??

We don’t want much—just a little sunshine, dry roads, and the sweet sound of engines instead of rain hitting the windows like it’s got something to prove.

Mother Nature really said:
“Let’s make it miserable specifically on Saturday and Sunday.”

To all my fellow riders… stay strong.
We’ll get our day.

But today?
Today we aggressively check the weather app every 20 minutes like it might apologize and change its mind. Looks like this afternoon may be ok for some….but COME ON!! 😂
