Thank you to all of our sponsors, all of our volunteers, those who participated in the race and those that just came out and supported our Benefit Barrel Race on 12/4/2021!

The profit from our Race was $3,969.
We were able to donate to 3 horse families within our area for the holidays. They are very thankful and appreciate what we all have done to contribute to them!
We are looking forward to our next years race… looking at dates possibly trying to move to a November date instead! May possibly put on another race mid year as well!!!

We want to thank everyone for today! God blessed us with dry weather so we were able to continue our barrel race without making it a slot race. We were blessed with 90 open riders. 12 Youth riders, 5 men riders, and 6 lead liners. We provided awards to fifth place in each D in the open as well as a pay out with $1350 added money, Youth awards to fifth place in each D. We had awards for 5 of the fastest riders that hit Barrels, and 5 awards for the holiday dress carryover! It was a cold day but it was a fun day!!! We were blessed with a great ground crew, gate and barrel setters. Entry helpers, silent auction and raffle crew. All of these people donated their time and received lunch in return! If you didn’t have meal from the food Trailer then you missed out!!! The Hot Chocolate was AMAZING too!!!!
We want to thank all our sponsors and donors who helped us make this race possible. It is going to take us a few days to go through all the paperwork and get payouts done, but you should be paid within a week if not sooner. Venmo only allows so much to be sent a week so please be patient with the payouts. We also will figure out where we are at with our donation to the families in need! We will be making out checks for a few people that paid cash as well, look for those to be coming in the mail! Again thank you and have a wonderful Christmas and a Happy New Year!!!

Race starts with the Open 11:00AM

✔️All horse trailer parking/ is in the back pasture drive straight down the drive way, gate will be open.

Front arena driveway parking is reserved for the property owners and the ground crew.

✔️Upon arrival please make your way to the sign up table you must sign a release and W9. Bring your Gift Card donation with you at that time.

👉SR7 Race will be paid via Venmo Note: Venmo has a pay out cap if it exceeds a certain amount. We will get you your winnings as soon as possible.

✔️You must be present or have someone present to receive your award.

‼️🛑‼️Silent Auction will close at 1:00PM sharp please check the sheets by 1:45PM Casie will be at the silent auction to receive your bid payment cash, check and Venmo
are welcome.

❤️The Freedom Race ground crew and producers are all volunteers please be patient, we are all here to have fun with you all, enjoy our day with our friends and family, and raise money to help those in our community.
