Our first interest/planning meeting for the 2014 Relay is planned for Tuesday evening, April 15th at 6:00pm. Location will be announced as the date nears. This meeting is for anyone who is interested in participating in this year's Relay in any way -- as a member of to planning committee, as a team captain or member, as a survivor, or as a general volunteer. You may not even know yet what role you want to fill, just that you want to be involved. That's what this meeting is for! Please plan to join us! :) We have some VERY exciting things to share about plans for the 2014 Lindale Relay for Life!!!

2014 Lindale Relay tentatively set for August 1st!! Will most likely be a 6-hour evening event. We'll be scheduling the first planning committee meeting soon! Please let us know if you're interested in helping us on committee OR being involved in Relay in any way! Let's make 2014 even better than last year!! :) .... Amber Baquet

The American Cancer Society is hosting the Cancer Prevention Study - 3 (CPS-3) in Tyler in October. If you would like to help promote this event and be a "champoin" for a great cause please message me your email & phone number. The time commitment is about 1 to 2 hours a week from now until the first week in October. I have a Champion description that I can send you if you're interested in more information. We're mainly needing people to help spread the word through their workplace, church, or any organization that you might be involved in. You don't have to personally commit to being a part of the study just help us promote it to the community.
