Meet Alex Vannucci, Head Coach of Dynamis 15U.
With over 11 years of playing experience, collegiate baseball experience, and more than 8 years of coaching, Coach Alex brings a player-first approach focused on honesty, accountability, and long-term development.
His philosophy is simple:
“Understand why you are doing a drill or practicing something and how it gets you to the desired result.”
For Coach Alex, baseball is about much more than wins and losses. He believes growth, discipline, integrity, maturity, and work ethic are the foundations that help athletes succeed both on and off the field.
When asked what he cares about more than wins and losses, his answer says it all:
“Growth and discipline as human beings. If a player has elite intangibles like integrity, maturity, and work ethic, that will usually translate to wins anyway.”
We are proud to have Coach Alex leading our Dynamis 15U players as they prepare for high school baseball, college opportunities, and life beyond the game.
