Where are all of the “I want a small dog!” people?!
We’ve been here all day and Shorty has been a complete angel…and not one application. Zero adoption interest. 😞

Shorty is a great SMALL dog! Please share him. There has to be someone out there for him.

He’s a Jack Russell mix, around 9lbs and a year old, fully vetted and neutered. House trained, great with other dogs, respectful of adult cats (but he’s happy to chase a kitten 🙃) he loves people and is generous with his kisses.

UPDATE: Shorty has a foster and when his vetting is complete, he'll be available for adoption!

This is Shorty.

He needs a foster. He’s 11 months old and his Mama has medical issues that don’t allow her to take care of him anymore. A very kind friend has been trying to fill the gap and provide for him, but she has 3 dogs of her own and helps with another 3.

I can bring Shorty into the rescue, get his vetting done and provide for all of his needs with food and supplies.

I just need a place for him to go…please share him? Help us find a safe place for him to go.
