This is a courtesy post. We don't have this dog, but can contact the neighbor that's looking out for him.
This fella had a family, his owner died and the remaining family wants to rehome him. It happens. Don't criticize, help if you can...share his post if you can't.
Here's what I know, he seems to have a good temperament. He needs a home, and he needs it now. He's wandering. That's just. not good. We'll be happy to provide a bag of food to the new family who gives him a chance. DM us for information if that's you.
