Attention On Deck ! Now Hear This !
There will be a Celebration of the 250th Birthday of the United States Marine Corps, to be held at 1800, Friday, 7 November, 2025, at the American Legion Post 30, 1120 N Aspen Street, Lincolnton, NC. Tickets purchased in advance are $25; after 21 October tickets will be $30. A wonderful Italian meal will be served, a ceremony with the birthday cake, and lots of great fellowship. Not a large ceremony but a very important one. With everything happening in this day in time, our wonderful Nation in disarray and discord; we pray that everyone takes time today to honor all those who lost their lives and continue to lose their lives today from the attack on our country on 9/11/2001. Remember how our country came together as ONE NATION UNDER GOD!!! We prayed together, we cried together, we solidified as a country, indivisible, just as our forefathers intended us to be.
