VIA Hospice team members Allison and Chris recently hosted a meaningful “Blessing of the Hands” ceremony, along with a heartfelt memorial at Lincolnton Rehabilitation Center to honor the loved ones lost over the past year.

This special time of reflection brought residents and staff together, creating a shared moment of comfort, remembrance, and support. It was a touching experience that allowed us to honor those we hold dear while also recognizing the compassion, dedication, and care that define our community.

Moments like these remind us of the deep connections we share and the importance of supporting one another every step of the way. 💙
