Did you know that the Lincoln County Soil and Water Conservation District has a no-till drill available to rent?

No-till is a farming method where seeds are planted directly into the soil without plowing it first. This technique helps maintain soil health by preventing erosion and preserving soil structure, which improves water retention. It also reduces fuel and labor costs and can lead to better crop yields over time by keeping more organic matter in the soil.

Join us on September 3rd, 2024 from 5:30-8PM for a FREE workshop to learn more about our no-till drill and it's benefits. Attendees will receive 10% off their first drill rental! The drill is $16 per acre with a $250 minimum to rent.

Please RSVP by August 29th to [email protected] or 706-431-0405.
