Shaq Esparza and Reece Carson experienced their first official day on the court, taking that step that transforms a passion for basketball into leadership within the game.
Guided by our trainers Sylvo Johnson, Alex Phillips, Brandon Hill, and Jeff Williams, they are part of the development of new young officials who are learning to make decisions under pressure and grow in real time.
