Are you having a baby soon? Or know someone in Lancaster County having a baby? Family Connects is a free, nurse home visiting program available to all families in Lancaster County who have recently given birth or welcomed a newborn into the home. Specially trained nurses can provide 1-3 visits offering postpartum and newborn support during the first weeks after birth.

I would have loved this program! With my first kiddo-I had no idea what I was doing, with my second-I needed breastfeeding tips and with my third-I just needed a nap :)

Looking for a last swimming hurrah? Mahoney Aquatic Center is a family favorite at our house and open through August 30. This aquatic center is an ideal place for families with one kid or with a wide range of children. Your teen will be happy in the wave pool and on the slides while your younger ones will be delighted with the splash pad area. The facility is clean and the staff are friendly.
