Lincoln Real Estate Meetup

We meet on the 2nd Monday of every month from 6-8:30ish pm and it's free. Anyone is welcome to attend From 8:15 on it is a great time to network with people.

Lincoln Real Estate Meetup is a Lincoln, NE group meant for real estate professionals, as well as anyone with a passion for real estate. We meet on the second Monday of every month to grow peoples knowledge in real estate investing and business. Come and network with like minded people that all have the same interest and passion, real estate! It is a great way to meet new people, learn about the l

ocal market, hear from local investors, and even find out about properties for sale!! The normal schedule is check in and networking from 7:00-7:30. From 7:30-8:15 you will be able to hear a speaker share their knowledge and experience with you to help you grow your business. From 8:15-8:30 the speaker will likely answer questions from the group. It is a great experience. This is meant to be a page where people can connect and have great positive interactions with each other about their business. Please share success stories and always support one another. Questions about real estate are always welcome and are encouraged. Ambition is the first step to success! The second step is ACTION!!

Just a reminder that this coming Tuesday is the AI Employee training. I have signed up for it, and I think you should too. If you are considering or interested in how to implement AI in your real estate business this could be a great opportunity. Is it going to cost you money, yes. It is $47.00 for this event and if you want further help, I am sure Aaron Beauclair will talk to you more about that down the road. I have already received approval from the other admin on this account for approving this post and no I am not making any money off of this. Just hoping to help out others in small business and REI. Aaron is going to be speaking at the upcoming November Lincoln Real Estate Meetup as well and sharing about his land real estate investing experience and maybe even AI.

Calling all contractors and real estate investors. Reminder that we are hosting The Flipping Forum next Monday, July 13th at The Grata at 6:00 PM. Hope to see everyone there as everyone is welcome at this meeting.

We will be discussing the actual remodel, scheduling, scope of work, finding good contractors and all aspects of flipping a house. See the link for more details.
