Here are two bills that didn't pass last session that we hope will be brought back next year:
LB 939 - Protects children from harmful content and ideologies by requiring large AI companies to publish and follow child protection plans, safeguards employees who report risks and dangers to children, and allows the Attorney General to bring civil penalties against developers who violate the act.
LB 1083 - Protects children from harmful content and ideologies by requiring large AI companies to publish and follow child protection plans, safeguards employees who report risks and dangers to children, and allows the Attorney General to bring civil penalties against developers who violate the act.
