The fifth event in the Stone Bridge Creek HOA Food Truck Series is happening tomorrow evening!

🥤 Blissful Blends Nutrition – Fresh, handcrafted specialty protein drinks

Bring your family, invite your neighbors, and enjoy a fun summer evening while supporting these fantastic vendors. Lawn chairs or picnic blankets are welcome if you'd like to relax and enjoy the evening.

A special thank you to Uribe Refuse Services for partnering with Stone Bridge Creek HOA by providing an additional trash receptacle to help keep our park clean throughout the event.

We’re excited to officially announce the 2026 Stone Bridge Creek HOA Halloween Carnival!

This year, we’re bringing a professionally managed carnival experience right into the neighborhood! 🎪

📣 REMINDER: HOA BOARD CANDIDATE APPLICATIONS DUE TOMORROW

Interested in serving your community on the Stone Bridge Creek HOA Board of Directors?

As outlined in the Annual Meeting packet mailed to homeowners on August 9, completed Board Candidate Applications are due:

📅 Monday, August 24, 2026
⏰ By 5:00 PM

Candidates who submit their application by the deadline may have their name and candidate statement included with the election materials distributed prior to the Annual Membership Meeting.

🏡 Please note: Submitting an application by August 24 is not required to run for the Board. Nominations may also be accepted from the floor during the Annual Membership Meeting in accordance with the Association’s governing documents.

Our Annual Membership Meeting will be held Tuesday, September 8 from 6:00–7:30 PM at Loren C. Eiseley Library.

If you’re interested in getting more involved in Stone Bridge Creek and helping guide the future of our neighborhood, we encourage you to consider serving!

Stone Bridge Creek homeowners, our 2026 Annual Membership Meeting is coming up!

Annual Meeting notices and accompanying materials were mailed to homeowners Sunday, and you may have also noticed Annual Meeting signs going up throughout the neighborhood.

This is your opportunity to hear updates on the Association, review HOA activities and finances, learn about upcoming plans and priorities, participate in the Board election process, and ask questions during the homeowner open forum.

A Board Candidate Application is included with the Annual Meeting materials. Completed applications are due August 24, 2026.
