Capital Umpire's Association Capital Umpires Association provides umpiring opportunities for college, high school, adult, and youth baseball in the Spring and Summer.

We are always looking to add umpires to our roster. We have 3 training clinics each Spring as well as opportunities to attend clinics during the off season.
